Job summary

The Stepping Stones Group is seeking a dedicated Social Worker to support students in Coatesville, PA. This full-time, school-based role focuses on counseling, collaboration with families and educators, and promoting students' social-emotional well-being and academic success.

Ideal candidates hold a Master's in Social Work, PA DOE Specialist Certification, and LSW/LCSW licensure with school-based experience.

• PA DOE Specialist Certification
• Licensed Social Worker (LSW), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• School-based experience required

Responsibilities

• Provide counseling, support, and intervention services to students
• Collaborate with families, teachers, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams
• Support students' social-emotional well-being and academic success
• Assist with crisis intervention, behavioral planning, and community resource coordination
• Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP and student support meetings as needed
