In this vital role, you'll be the driving force behind our frontline child welfare efforts—leading, coaching, and supporting your team to ensure every child has the chance to thrive.

Supervise and inspire a team of social workers
Plan, assign, and coordinate cases and workflow
Review cases and provide expert guidance and consultation
Deliver ongoing staff training and development
Solve problems, support decision-making, and uphold excellence in service delivery
Engage in Court Hearings and preparation
