Richmond University Medical Center is seeking a Social Worker to provide clinical and case management care to patients with intellectual and developmental disabilities in an outpatient setting, including work with children ages 0-5 in our Early Childhood program. The clinician will also work with families, conduct individual, group, and family therapy, and ensure timely documentation and crisis intervention.
Requirements include a Master's degree and NYS LMSW/LCSW registration.

Day Shift - 7.5 Hours (United States of America)
The Social Worker will provide clinical and case management care to patients with intellectual and or developmental disabilities across the life span in an outpatient setting. The clinician will also work with children ages 0-5 in our Early Childhood program. Documentation must be in a timely and quality manner. Conduct individual, group, and family therapy. Assess, identify, and provide services for patients/families; address psychosocial concerns as well as post hospital care, including crisis intervention, advocacy and community referrals.
Master's degree required.
NYS Registration/Certification as a Social Worker (LMSW/LCSW) is required.
Monday, Wednesday & Friday 9a-5p; Tuesday & Thursday 11a-7p
$39.683/hr - $48.430
