Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement one or more specialty program(s) across the facility.
• Develop local policies and practice guidelines per program handbook or national directive.
• Organize work, set priorities, meet deadlines, evaluate program areas.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to advance program goals and patient-centered care.
• Provide full supervisory duties including staff assignment, performance evaluations, and training.
• Oversee fiscal matters including budgets, contracts, and equipment expenditures.
