Job summary

EDU Healthcare in Lakewood, CO is seeking a compassionate School Social Worker to support students' social, emotional, and behavioral well-being, working closely with families, educators, and support staff to create a positive learning environment.

Responsibilities include counseling, behavior intervention plans, IEP/504 planning, collaboration with educators and administrators, liaison with community resources, and maintaining compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• MSW required with active state licensure as a School Social Worker.
• Experience in a school setting or with children preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and advocacy skills.
• Ability to collaborate with educators, administrators, and families.
• Structured, school-based setting with evenings, weekends, and holidays off.
