*This role requires knowledge and skills around diagnostics and assessment, understanding the intersection of socio- political stressors on overall patient experiences, skills in various treatment modalities, and experience collaborating within a medical system.

Qualifications:

• Massachusetts Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) required. LMHC will also be considered.

• Master's of Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program required (Master's in Mental Health will be considered).

• Experience working in an outpatient setting, within a multidisciplinary team

• 3+ years post-licensure experience preferred.

• Experience working with adults, and/or children and adolescents.

• Experience navigating systems and advocating for patients and the care delivery a plus!
