The Chautauqua Center, Inc. (TCC Health) seeks a licensed behavioral health professional to coordinate psychosocial community services under the Behavioral Health Supervisor.

You will implement education programs, assess client needs, and determine appropriate interventions within TCC standards and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include staff consultation, counseling and family services, maintaining HIPAA compliance, and serving diverse Hispanic communities.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field required.
• NYS registration and license to practice required.
• Experience in ambulatory health center preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred but not required.
• LCSW preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate all psychosocial community services under the Behavioral Health Supervisor.
• Implement community educational programs and assess problems to determine appropriate treatments.
• Act as Program Consultant to staff and provide guidance as needed.
• Ensure HIPAA confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
