Job Description

Atlantic Health System is seeking a per diem Social Worker (MSW) for Case Management at Newton Medical Center to work 8AM-4:30PM, including one weekend every four weeks.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities:

• Discharge planning from an acute care hospital.
• Supportive and therapeutic counseling.

Qualifications:

• MSW and LSW required.
• 1 year medical setting (acute care hospital) experience or 1-year externship preferred.
