Job summary

Omaha Home Health Care, part of the Vetter Senior Living family, delivers in-home health services with a focus on independence, dignity, and compassionate support.

As a Home Health Social Worker, you will educate, advocate, and support patients and families, working closely with an interdisciplinary team to ensure the highest level of care in the home setting.

Qualifications

• MSW required and appropriate licensure (if applicable).
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities essential.
• Ability to build positive relationships with patients, families, and the care team.
