Job summary

Vetter Senior Living's Omaha Home Health Care is seeking a Home Health Social Worker to support patients and families with education, advocacy, and compassionate care in the home setting.

You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality support, promote independence, and enhance dignity. MSW is required with a patient-centered approach.

Qualifications

• Master of Social Work (MSW) is required.
• Strong personal integrity and a caring, patient-centered approach.
• Ability to build positive relationships with patients, families, and team members.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in home health preferred, but not required.
