Job summary

Omaha Home Health Care, part of the Vetter Senior Living family, is seeking a Social Worker (MSW) for part-time / PRN in Omaha, NE. You will support patients and families through education, advocacy, and compassionate care, partnering with an interdisciplinary team to tailor care plans in patients' homes.

Ideal candidates hold an MSW, demonstrate patient-centered communication, and can build rapport with diverse teams and families.

Qualifications

• Master of Social Work (MSW) required.
• Commitment to patient-centered, compassionate care.
• Ability to educate and advocate for patients and families.
• Experience in home health preferred, but not required.
