Overview

Mozaic, a Chapter of The Arc NY, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Social Worker to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The role involves providing individual and group therapy, conducting psychosocial assessments, developing person-centered treatment plans, and collaborating with families and interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic, high-quality care.

Responsibilities

• Support emotional and behavioral well-being of clients
• Provide therapy and psychosocial assessments
• Develop and implement treatment plans
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and teams
• Participate in ongoing treatment planning and quality improvement

Salary Range

Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW): $52k-$56k depending on experience

Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW): $56k-$60k depending on experience

Minimum Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work
• Licensed and registered as LMSW or LCSW
• Experience facilitating groups
• At least one year working with the developmentally disabled

Additional Requirements

• Valid NYS driver's license
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to pass criminal background and Central Registry checks
