We are seeking a full-time Social Worker to join our Social Services team. In this role, you will advocate for residents while supporting their emotional, psychosocial, and medically related needs. Working closely with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary care team, you will help ensure residents receive individualized support, their rights are respected, and they experience the highest quality of life throughout their stay.
