Reports to: Program Director of Euphrasian Diagnostic Reception Center
Location: 479 New Jersey Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11207
Hours: 35 Hours/Week; Exempt (Position Requires Staff to be on site. Two Evenings Required)
Additional Compensation: $1,000 sign-on bonus paid in first payroll and $2,000 retention bonus paid out after first year of employment.

Job Summary: The Social Worker Coordinator plays a vital role in the Shirley Chisholm Youth Reception Center Social Service team. The coordinator collaborates with an inter-disciplinary team to assess treatment needs, plan and coordinate services, and provide short-term interventions.
