An established industry player is seeking dedicated Crisis Social Workers to join their Adult Behavioral Health team. In this role, you'll provide essential behavioral health services to adults facing mental health challenges, ensuring they receive the care and support they need. Yamhill County has two regular full-time positions for a Crisis Social Worker (QMHP) in Adult Behavioral Health. In this position, you will be responsible for providing integrated behavioral health services using your training and experiences in evidence-based practices for adults with co-occurring mental health conditions. The clients that you will interact with may present with serious mental illness, trauma disorders, and/or moderate mental health conditions. Your duties will include intake assessments, crisis screenings in the clinic and community, effective case management, and community crisis assistance in partnership with local law enforcement. In addition to working closely with an integrated behavioral health team, you will also be expected to travel to local hospitals to assist with acute care placement recommendations, diagnosis and treatment planning activities, providing treatment to your assigned clients, and maintaining accurate treatment records.
This position may be filled as either an Advanced Practice Behavioral Health Clinician or a Behavioral Health Clinician, depending on experience and credentialing.
