We are searching for a talented Social Worker-Counselor-Lic Indep
Hours: Per Diem
Shift: Day/Evening shift with weekend, holiday, and on-call rotation; per diem- can select shifts weekend or evening, requires 2 holidays per year 8:00am - 4:30pm, 4:00pm - 12:30am and 12:00am - 8:00am
Location: St. Luke’s Hospital – New Bedford, MA; position will follow a hybrid schedule

Under the direction of the Manager of Social Work, performs a wide variety of duties in the hospital setting providing behavioral health and complex care management services to Southcoast Health patients across the hospital system. Duties include conducting behavioral health assessments and providing behavioral health treatment including individual and family psychotherapy utilizing brief treatment modalities. Serves as a consultant and resource to hospital staff in the management and treatment of behavioral health disorders. Collaborates and coordinates with complex/chronic care management and longitudinal community support services.
USD $29.04 - USD $49.74 /Hr.
per diem- can select shifts weekend or evening, requires 2 holidays per year
