Base pay range

$25.00/hr - $30.00/hr

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct person-centered, culturally sensitive, and trauma-informed clinical evaluations, gathering relevant clinical information, assessing mental status, strengths, needs, and functioning level, and determining appropriate services.
  • Develop treatment plans collaboratively with clients and other stakeholders, and coordinate with treatment teams and external providers.
  • Perform case management, crisis intervention, therapy, and other related duties as assigned.
  • Respond promptly to clients' clinical needs and maintain proper documentation of services, ensuring compliance with all regulations and policies.
  • Maintain confidentiality of PHI and practice ethically within licensure scope.
  • Meet productivity standards and support organizational quality initiatives.
Documentation
  • Complete all required records timely, including consent forms, treatment plans, progress notes, and billing documentation.
  • Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and up-to-date in the EHR system.
General Responsibilities
  • Aim for positive clinical outcomes and client satisfaction.
  • Support FS’s quality improvement activities and foster positive community relationships.
  • Promote a culture of individuality, teamwork, and support.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a related field or demonstrated clinical experience.
  • Experience in outpatient behavioral health preferred.
  • Certification in First Aid, CPR, De-escalation, and completion of required professional development training.
  • Valid Ohio Driver’s License, pass BCI checks, compliance checks, and drug screening.
