Base pay range
$25.00/hr - $30.00/hr
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct person-centered, culturally sensitive, and trauma-informed clinical evaluations, gathering relevant clinical information, assessing mental status, strengths, needs, and functioning level, and determining appropriate services.
- Develop treatment plans collaboratively with clients and other stakeholders, and coordinate with treatment teams and external providers.
- Perform case management, crisis intervention, therapy, and other related duties as assigned.
- Respond promptly to clients' clinical needs and maintain proper documentation of services, ensuring compliance with all regulations and policies.
- Maintain confidentiality of PHI and practice ethically within licensure scope.
- Meet productivity standards and support organizational quality initiatives.
Documentation
- Complete all required records timely, including consent forms, treatment plans, progress notes, and billing documentation.
- Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and up-to-date in the EHR system.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a related field or demonstrated clinical experience.
- Experience in outpatient behavioral health preferred.
- Certification in First Aid, CPR, De-escalation, and completion of required professional development training.
- Valid Ohio Driver’s License, pass BCI checks, compliance checks, and drug screening.
