Job summary
Freeborn County Department of Human Services is hiring a full-time Social Worker/Case Manager to support Developmental Disabilities, Adult Services, and Adult Protection. The role offers sick leave, vacation, holidays, health insurance, and PERA pension benefits.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, sociology, or closely related field.
- Bachelor's degree in any field with 1 year of social work experience in a public/private agency.
- Eligibility to be hired up to 60 days before degree conferral.
Responsibilities
- Provide counseling and assess client needs to determine services.
- Investigate adult protection and maltreatment reports.
- Develop and monitor case plans with ongoing support and evaluation.
- Coordinate with county/state agencies and courts as needed.
- Maintain records and prepare court reports as required.
