Job summary

Spectrum Healthcare Resources is seeking a Social Worker-Case Manager (Non-Clinical) to support the Missouri Army National Guard in Jefferson City, MO. The role requires an active RN license, a Master's in Social Work or a Bachelor's in Health Science, and at least two years of case management experience. BLS certification and U.S.

citizenship are required. Preferred additional certifications include CCM, COHN, CIRS/CRRN, CDMS, and ANCC/ANA nursing credentials.

Social Worker- Case Manager - Non-Clinical

Spectrum Healthcare Resources has a Potential Opportunty for a Social Worker- Case Manager to join our team! These services will be in support of the Missouri Army National Guard in Jefferson City, Mo.

Position Requirements:

• Active state or compact RN license to work in the assigned areas
• Masters Degree in Social Work or Bachelors Degree in Health Science
• Minimum of two (2) years case management experience
• BLS Certification
• Legal Authorization to Work in the United States (must be U. S. Citizen)

Also preferred (but not required):

• Specialized certification in one of the following areas: Occupational Health (COHN); Insurance Rehabilitation (CIRS/CRRN), Disability Management (CDMS), and/or Nurse Case Manager Board Certified (ANCC/ANA).
• Recent experience with the DFEC nurse intervention program.
• Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution
• Certified Case Manager (CCM)
