Responsibilities

• The Social Worker will provide clinical and case management care to patients on a mobile crisis team setting.
• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy.
• Documentation must be in a timely and quality manner.

Requirements

• Master’s degree required.
• NYS Registration/Certification as a Social Worker required.
• Prior experience in a hospital or community health agency is preferred.
• Experience with assigned patient population and utilization of PM Schedule and LMSW/LCSW required.
• Experience treating concurring substance abuse and mental illness required.

Days w/ eo wknd & hols; 8a-4p; 11a-7p

Salary Range: $39.683/hr - $48.430/hr
