Under the supervision of the Director of Access at Bradley Hospital and the Director of Brown University Health’s Pediatric Behavioral Health Emergency Services (LPBHES) and within hospital and department policies and procedures, assists with answering the Kids’ Link hotline and either offer appropriate resources or triage youth needing a crisis assessment to the most appropriate location.
