Qualifications

• 1+ year of behavioral health experience in crisis intervention.
• Licensed Counselor with relevant licensure.
• Experience with non-licensed behavioral health staff.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming telephone calls and triage behavioral health needs.
• Document calls and actions using software applications.
• Provide resources and education to behavioral health staff.
• Schedule and make follow-up calls for care facilitation.
• Promote recovery concepts and inspire hope.
• Work with agency personnel to meet callers' needs.
• Provide professional assessments and interventions.
• Offer behavioral health education to callers.
