Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work or related field.
• Master's degree in social work or related field.
• Professional master's level license (LCSW, LMHC, or LPC).
• 3+ years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Familiarity with disability claim management concepts.
• Understanding of medical terminology, pathology, and anatomy.
• Articulate verbal and writing skills.
• Decision‑making ability.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work with confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records of client interactions and referrals.
• Conduct research to remain current on developments in social work.
