A community-focused healthcare provider in Rancho Cordova, CA, is seeking a full-time Social Worker to enhance the lives of adults with various challenges. You will provide assessment, develop care plans, and advocate for participants in a supportive environment. Qualifications

• MSW or Bachelor's Degree in Social Science or Psychology with 2 years experience.
• Fluency in English and another language is a plus.
• Current CPR certification is required.

Love Joy Adult Day Health Care

Love Joy Adult Day Health Care is an adult day healthcare program located in Rancho Cordova, CA. Our participants are adults ages 18 and up with various cognitive, physical, or psychological challenges. We provide Maintenance Nursing care, Occupational/Physical/Speech Therapy, Social Services, and Activities.

We are seeking a full-time Social Worker to join our team. New grads welcome.

At Love Joy, the Social Worker is responsible for the provision of social services including assessment, care plan development and advocacy for each participant.

Love Joy is a multicultural day program. Please indicate if you are fluent in English and Vietnamese, Korean, Spanish, or another language.

Position Requirements:

• MSW or Bachelor's Degree in Social Science or Psychology with 2 years experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Current CPR
• Physician's health clearance including a negative TB skin test and/or chest X-Ray
