Family Service League is seeking a full-timeSocial Worker for the High Utilization Referral program. The Social Worker engages, assesses, and provides linkages to referrals made by law enforcement through the High Utilizer Referral Program. They provide in person and telephonic crisis intervention, de-escalation and assessment as part of Mobile Crisis.

Master's Degree required.
LMSW, LMHC, LMFT or related licensed clinical degree required.
Minimum of 6 months of experience in a behavioral health setting required. Clinical experience preferred.
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office required. Experience with an Electronic Health Record preferred.
Excellent interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills required.
Ability to problem solve, multitask, make clear decisions and work as part of a team required.
Evening, weekend, and overnight hours may be required.
Valid and clean NYS Driver's License and ability to safely operate a motor vehicle is required for the Mobile Response Team.
Ability to bend, stretch, and stand for long periods of time.
