POSITION SUMMARY Clinical Resource Management SOCIAL WORK

POSITION DUTIES ED/NICU MSW SW positions, ED experience would be preferred.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS BLS NE CSW required***

BSW (Bachelor of Social Work) for office role or MSW (Master of Social Work) Required for inpatient ED/NIUC

Radius Rule: 50 miles AND candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity.

• Driver's license required at submittal and will be used to determine if candidate is outside 50 miles.** **Fingernail policy: Artificial nails are prohibited in all departments providing patient care- refusal to remove nails will lead to termination of contract
