Job summary

Amsterdam Nursing Home in New York City is seeking a dedicated Social Worker to support residents in our Adult Day Care program. You will assess social and emotional needs, help plan admissions, and coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Human Services or related field, with long-term care/subacute experience, and a passion for improving quality of life for seniors.
