Job summary

Neurofeedback Therapy Services on Manhattan's Upper West Side is seeking a licensed Mental Health Therapist—LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or Psychologist to join our clinical team and expand expertise at the intersection of psychotherapy, neuroscience, and brain-based care.

This role includes paid training in neurofeedback with no prior experience required, plus opportunities to teach workshops and contribute to research. Compensation begins at $40 per hour during training, with raises as skills grow.

Qualifications

• Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LCSW/LMHC/LMFT or Psychologist).
• Interest in neurofeedback with willingness to undergo paid training.
• Active license in good standing to practice in New York.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a full range of clinical services, including QEEG brain mapping, biofeedback and neurofeedback.
• Assist in teaching neurofeedback and QEEG workshops.
• Contribute to research and publishing activities when possible.
• Engage with an asynchronous learning platform for psychophysiological training.

We are seeking a licensed Mental Health Therapist—LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or Psychologist to become part of our growing clinical team. This position offers the distinctive opportunity to broaden your clinical skill set through paid training in neurofeedback, an emerging, evidence-based approach to improving brain regulation. No previous neurofeedback experience is required—we will provide comprehensive training.

As your skills develop, you will have opportunities to participate in the full range of services offered by Neurofeedback Therapy Services, including QEEG brain mapping, biofeedback, neurofeedback, and the teaching of neurofeedback and QEEG workshops.

Team members with writing or research experience may also choose to contribute to our extensive research and publishing activities. In addition, all employees receive complimentary access to our asynchronous learning platform, which offers comprehensive courses covering the full spectrum of psychophysiological learning.

Compensation begins at $40 per hour during the initial two- to three-week training period. An immediate raise follows successful completion of the initial training, with regular increases available as additional skills and competencies are acquired.
