Position Details

• Title: Social Worker
• Licensure: Must have an LCSW license for Louisiana.
• Location: Virtual role with required in-person training sessions; travel as needed.
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm CST

Role Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to members and staff regarding psychosocial barriers to health management.
• Make outbound calls for health coaching and consultation.
• Assist participants in changing behaviors and accessing resources.
• Consult with staff on methods to help participants overcome barriers.

Qualifications

• MS in Social Work or related field with at least 3 years of clinical experience, or equivalent education and experience.
• Current LCSW license in applicable state(s).

Preferred Skills

• Experience in call centers and healthcare preferred.
• Behavioral health experience preferred.
