Job summary

Cynet Health is seeking a Social Worker for a 13-week acute care assignment in Los Angeles. You will coordinate care, document in Cerner, and work 8-hour daytime shifts with every-other-weekend requirements. A LCSW or MSW credential is needed, with a California Dignity Health background preferred, plus BLS certification.

Minimum 2 years of relevant care coordination experience required. This temporary role may include shift cancellations by the hospital during the assignment.
