Job summary

Charlestown Place at New Albany is hiring a Social Worker to provide comprehensive behavioral health services to residents in a nursing facility. You will coordinate care, perform reviews to determine appropriate levels of care, and support daily clinical operations.

Qualified candidates are a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in IN or KY with CPR certification and 2–4 years’ experience in mental health or long-term care. Full-time schedule, benefits, and a supportive team are offered.

What You'll Do:

• Provide comprehensive behavioral health services to support residents' full potential during their stay at the nursing facility.
