Faith Works Counseling is seeking Community-Based Clinicians trained in Multisystemic Therapy (MST) to deliver in-home and community-based services to youth and families in their homes and communities.

The MST approach is evidence-based and outcome-driven; the team receives extensive paid training, weekly supervision, and strong leadership that promotes autonomy. Caseloads are 4–6 families, with a competitive salary and flexible scheduling.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field.
• Licensure or license-eligible.
• MST training is provided; MST experience is not required.
