Job summary

Faith Works Counseling is hiring In-Home Family Therapists trained in Multisystemic Therapy (MST) to work with youth and families in homes and communities.

The role focuses on intensive family-based MST therapy, collaborating with caregivers, schools, courts, and supports, and using data-driven problem-solving to achieve measurable outcomes. Training, supervision, and a supportive leadership culture are provided.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field.
• Licensure or license-eligible in NM.
• MST training is provided; MST experience not required.
