Job summary

Cynet Health is seeking a Social Worker to deliver psychosocial assessments, support, and discharge planning for both adults and children in the Emergency Department. The role requires collaboration with patients, families, and community resources to ensure smooth transitions.

Qualifications include a Master’s in Social Work and an active Maryland LCSW license, with at least two years of ED experience. This is a 13-month daytime position with a typical 8:30 AM–5:00 PM shift.
