Position Overview

We are hiring an Associate Clinical Social Worker (ASW) to join our expanding, mission-driven group practice. This W-2 role is ideal for someone who is compassionate, motivated, and values authentic connection—someone who wants to grow clinically in a space that honors the human-first approach to therapy.

You’ll receive regular, high-quality supervision from a licensed LCSW, along with optional consultation and support for your long-term professional development. We work with a diverse caseload of individuals, couples, teens, and families, with flexibility to build your preferred niche.

Compensation & Incentives

• Flat rate per session: Starting at $40 per completed session (depending on experience and modality)
• Monthly caseload incentives:
• $150 bonus for completing 40+ sessions/month
• $350 bonus for 60+ sessions/month
• $500 bonus for 80+ sessions/month

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy services to clients via telehealth
• Maintain ethical and timely clinical documentation
• Attend weekly supervision and engage in reflective case consultation
• Show up authentically and collaboratively in your work with clients and peers
• Uphold a standard of care that is trauma-informed, culturally humble, and strengths-based

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
• Current ASW registration with the California BBS
• Strong alignment with Conscious Connections Therapy values: empathy, integrity, collaboration, and growth
• Commitment to inclusive, anti-oppressive, and human-centered clinical work
• Willingness to learn and apply a range of evidence-based and integrative modalities

Preferred (but not required):

• Bilingual (especially Spanish-speaking)
• Experience working with adolescents, LGBTQIA+ clients, or trauma survivors
