Job Description

Provides system leadership and supervision to the Social Work department, including oversight and coordination of services to ensure consistency with Children's Healthcare of Atlanta's mission and vision. Proactively supports efforts that ensure delivery of safe patient care and services and promotes a safe environment at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta.

Experience

• Five years of experience in postgraduate social work
• Practiced at least 2,000 clock hours over a minimum of two years following clinical social work licensure

Preferred Qualifications

• Three years of experience in a pediatric medical setting

Education

• Master's degree in social work from an accredited graduate school

Certification Summary

• Georgia Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Must be able to successfully pass the Basic Windows Skill Assessment at 80% or higher rating within 30 days of employment
