Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work from a CSWE-accredited school.
• Licensed or Certified to independently practice social work at the master's level.
• English language proficiency for appointment as required by 38 U.S.C.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical care including assessment, psychotherapy, and case management.
• Supervise designated clinical team leaders and manage workload, performance appraisals, and leave approvals.
• Oversee program operations, budget, policy development, and staff training within the Outpatient Mental Health division.
