Qualifications

• DSW or Ph.D. in Social Work with experience in agency-based practice required on commencement of the appointment.
• Three years of post-masters practice experience desired.
• Experience with diverse populations and urban issues preferred.

Responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in social work practice, HBSE, social policy, and fieldwork.
• Engage in research/scholarship and professional organization activities.
• Advise students and provide service to the department, college, university and community.
• Coordinate programs, participate in committees, and perform other duties typical of a full-time tenure-track appointment.
• Evening teaching may be required.
