Qualifications

• MSW degree and Minnesota social work licensure or eligibility.
• Minimum two years of post‑graduate practice experience.
• Willingness to complete 30‑hour supervision training promptly.
• Experience supervising interns and knowledge of CSWE standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group supervision to social work students.
• Coordinate supervision schedules, orientations, and site visits.
• Support intern recruitment, onboarding, and feedback alignment.
• Offer consultation on ethics, risk management, and best practices.
• Foster inclusive, culturally responsive supervision.
