UNT System's Department of Social Work invites applications for an Adjunct Instructor pool to teach Fall 2026, Spring 2027 and Summer 2027 at the UNT Denton campus, mainly face-to-face classes.

Minimum qualifications: MSW with 2+ years post-master's practice; preferred LMSW/LCSW licensure and prior college teaching. Courses include Social Welfare Policy, Human Behavior and Field Seminar. Work schedule varies based on assignment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work with at least two years of post-master’s social work practice experience.
• LMSW or LCSW licensure is preferred.
• Previous college teaching experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Teach courses across the BSW and MSW programs as needed.
• Most classes are face to face on the UNT Denton campus; limited online teaching may occur.
• Courses may include Social Welfare Policy, Human Behavior, and Field Seminar.
