Luma AI seeks an Editor for Dream Lab in Los Angeles to shape how Dream Lab and Luma appear on screens people watch. You’ll craft social-native content, from hooks to pacing, turning raw footage into engaging tutorials and demos across platforms.

You will handle short-form cuts, longer YouTube pieces, and multi-format exports, coordinating motion graphics, captions, and sound design to highlight our technology and collaborators.

Qualifications

• Portfolio is required and is the most important thing you will share with us.
• Experience editing social/video content for online platforms is essential.
• Ability to craft hooks, tell compelling stories, and adjust pace for trends.

Responsibilities

• Cut and publish social video for Dream Lab and Luma across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube, vertical and horizontal, at the team’s target cadence.
• Find the hook, story, and structure inside raw footage from Dream Lab shoots and partner projects.
• Turn product moments into tutorials and demos that simplify a complex workflow.
• Version every piece for various formats, runtimes, captions, and sound design.
• Read performance data after publish and adapt hooks and formats accordingly.
