Job summary

NoGood in NYC is seeking a Social Video Creator Intern who is serious about their craft and eager to level up professionally. You will craft social video content for client accounts under mentorship from senior creators, refining your strategy, and production skills.

This role emphasizes strategy, brand alignment, and performance, not just posting. You’ll learn to think like a strategist while executing like a pro.

Qualifications

• 1 year creating social video content (internships, freelance, or personal projects).
• On-camera: able to appear naturally and communicate effectively.
• Proficient in Premiere Pro or Final Cut.
• Platform fluency: understands TikTok, Instagram, YouTube.
• Strong eye for composition, pacing, hooks, and storytelling.
• Coachable, reliable, and able to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Create short-form social video end-to-end: concept → scripting → filming → editing → iteration.
• Appear on-camera as the face of content for client brands.
• Produce long-form video content (5–20 min YouTube videos, executive/educational series).
• Mine long-form content for social moments and adapt for formats.
• Develop multi-format content series spanning long and short form.
• Execute with high production value: pacing, sound design, storytelling.
• Follow creative briefs while bringing your own POV.
