Job summary

Blink.new is seeking a Social & UGC Marketing Manager to lead our social media presence and user-generated content efforts. You will manage company profiles, support the founder's social presence, and drive growth through influencer and UGC campaigns as well as paid ads.

The ideal candidate has a proven ability to grow engaged social communities and deliver consistent, on-brand content at scale. This role offers ownership, growth opportunities, and close collaboration with the founder and CEO.

Qualifications

• Experience growing social media communities across platforms.
• Proven track record of managing social accounts (X, LinkedIn, Instagram, Reddit).
• Experience with UGC campaigns and influencer marketing.
• Experience managing paid social ads is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage company X, LinkedIn, Instagram, Reddit accounts.
• Create and manage content calendars and regular posting strategy.
• Comment and engage with trending posts and drive follower growth.
• Publish engaging guides and feature updates/announcements across social channels.
• Oversee UGC campaigns and user engagement.
