Job summary

Blink.new is seeking a Social & UGC Marketing Manager to lead our social media presence and user-generated content efforts. You will manage company profiles, support the founder's social presence, and drive growth through influencer and UGC campaigns as well as paid ads.

The ideal candidate has a proven ability to grow engaged social communities and deliver consistent, on-brand content at scale. This role offers ownership, growth opportunities, and close collaboration with the founder and CEO.

Qualifications

Experience growing social media communities across platforms.
Proven track record of managing social accounts (X, LinkedIn, Instagram, Reddit).
Experience with UGC campaigns and influencer marketing.
Experience managing paid social ads is a plus.

Responsibilities

Manage company X, LinkedIn, Instagram, Reddit accounts.
Create and manage content calendars and regular posting strategy.
Comment and engage with trending posts and drive follower growth.
Publish engaging guides and feature updates/announcements across social channels.
Oversee UGC campaigns and user engagement.
