POSITION OBJECTIVE:This position is responsible for building a strong community of customers that creates a sense of customer belonging, builds sales, increases customer files, and lifetime customer spend. They will drive sales thru digital platforms, in-home events, local events, appts, and clienteling tools. They will lead with an entrepreneurial spirit in promoting a customer and product-focused sales culture where our values and guiding principles are at the forefront of ensuring a great customer experience and maximum profitability.FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Utilizes digital platforms and / or high-touch techniques to build a clientele base, drive sales, and increase customer lifetime spend.
- High-Touch Experiences - facilitates in-home and localized events utilizing corporate strategies, run-of-show techniques, and kit product, when applicable, to drive sales and build customer base.
- Digital Experiences - utilities digital platforms to engage with clientele, post videos and reels featuring kit product, and promotes services to increase digital presence and support multichannel customer growth.
- Creatively markets their services to build a strong community base of customers. Includes utilizing company-provided marketing tools, digital platforms, and grass-root efforts.
- Meets company sales goals by utilizing sales techniques and communicating product knowledge to the customer, recommends merchandise selections or helps to locate merchandise based on customer needs and desires.
- Informs their community leader of any issues, opportunities, or wins.
- Participates in routine virtual team meetings
- Engages on digital "Customer / Associate" interactive platform.

- High School diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years retail sales, subscription services, and / or digital presence preferred
- Must by 18 years of age or older
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills: ability to build trust with customers and business partners, and to foster a team-oriented environment
- Able to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company
- General knowledge of apparel and intimate products (i.e. fit and fabric)
- Solid evidence of community outreach and involvement. Understands the value in supporting the community.
- Passion for the company, our customers, and our product.
- Consistent knowledge of the fashion industry: well read, high awareness, digitally savvy, socially active (Linked In, Insta, FB, Tik Tok)
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic; entrepreneurial spirit
- Ability to work weekends and attend events when the business requires
