Salary: First-year base $41,266; Step 2 $44,574. Experienced teachers up to 15 years ($61,081-$73,701).

Benefits: $1500 signing bonus; HDHP health insurance with $6100 HRA – teacher cost $75/month; affordable district housing; Title I loan forgiveness; local REA scholarships for relocating; strong student culture.

Qualifications
  • Valid Montana Teaching Certificate (endorsed for all assigned curricular areas) required; eligible to obtain acceptable.
