• New Teacher Training: August 7th - August 13th
• Active and valid Middle Level (4-8) or Secondary (7-12) Social Studies Pennsylvania Teaching Certification is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a middle school Social Studies teacher is preferred.
• Willingness to work as part of a grade-level team.

Candidate Knowledge and Skills:

• Thorough knowledge of the physical and psychological aspects of secondary school-aged children.
