Job summary

Sweetgreen is seeking a Social Media Manager to lead storytelling across our digital ecosystem and connect the brand to culture at large. You will own content calendars, publish daily content, manage communities, and identify creator partnerships while collaborating with marketing on creative projects.

You should have 4+ years in digital content creation, be based in Los Angeles with a hybrid schedule in Culver City, and bring a strong portfolio of social campaigns that demonstrate narrative

Qualifications

• 4+ years of digital content creation experience.
• Based in Los Angeles with hybrid schedule in Culver City, CA.
• Ability to turn consumer insights into narrative.
• Experience with social measurement tools like Dash Hudson and Sprout Social.
• Energetic, collaborative, and excellent communicator.
• Passion for culture, internet, and emerging platforms.
• Social-first portfolio showing creative social and brand campaigns.
• Comfortable receiving feedback and iterating quickly.
• Skilled at testing, learning, and prioritizing brand.
• Influencer experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the workflow timeline and calendar for evergreen content across Instagram, TikTok and Twitter.
• Publish and/or schedule daily content.
• Manage community on Instagram, TikTok, Twitter.
• Co-host brainstorms to concept social ideas and bring them to life.
• Copywrite across all social platforms.
• Monitor platforms for insights and trends through social listening.
• Analyze data and turn into actionable next steps.
• Identify and execute creator partnerships for evergreen content.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on creative projects.
• Apply social best practices across all content.
