Job summary

Middle Flint Health & Wellness is seeking a full-time staff member to supervise individuals on the job site in Cordele, GA. You will assist with ISP-guided needs, coordinate routes, and promote a safe, supportive learning environment while working with groups.

Training will be provided as assigned. The role requires a High School Diploma or GED with at least one year of social or direct care experience, or an associate degree in a related field; a valid Georgia driver’s license is also required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and one year of social or direct care experience in a human service setting.
• Associate degree in a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Supervise individuals on job site.
• Assist with needs as outlined in the ISP.
• Complete routes/transportation as needed.
• Promote a safe learning environment.
• Work with a group when applicable.
• Document and track progress made throughout the day.
• Complete training as it is assigned.
