Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 3–5 years of experience with 1–3 years in supervision.
• Master’s Degree and/or MS social worker’s license may be required by the appointing authority.

Responsibilities

• Conduct ongoing safety and risk assessments to address safety concerns in cases.
• Identify needs of children, parents and foster families and ensure needs are met through collaboration.
• Establish permanency goals for children and coordinate with youth court.
• Prepare professional court reports and provide recommendations.
• Maintain case management documentation within policy time frames.
